Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back (1980) - An intergalactic Passport (SOLD)

£395.00

A much sought after collectible here for the avid Star Wars fan in the form of an original intergalactic passport. Intergalactic passports of this kind were a novel security clearance concept devised by Producer Gary Kurtz, allowing members of the crew and media to access various soundstages based at Elstree Studios in Hertfordshire. According to reputable enthusiast website 'Starwars.com, only 450 passports were produced. They are extremely hard to find, as the vast majority remain in ILM archives. Un-stamped versions such as this one are less common than the ones which were stamped, making this passport particularly desirable. The passport is in fine production used condition with minor wear.
