This framed display contains an original piece of Ewok fur used in the production of Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (1983). The 3x3 inch section of Ewok fur was extracted from one of the original Ewok costumes worn by Jack Purvis in his role as Teebo. The Ewok Teebo was from the Forest Moon of Endor & recognisable for his black and white fur & skull headpiece. The swatch originates from the personal collection of legendary creature effects artist Stuart Freeborn; who created many of the iconic characters in the original trilogy including Yoda & Chewbacca. It comes beautifully presented inside a custom display with a laser cut logo & a corresponding still. The display measures 23cm x 31cm & accompanies Provenance. This item has now sold.
