This is a blank ‘PAK’ bullet casing used in Director Sam Mendes’ iconic Spy Film & the twenty third James Bond Film created by EON Productions. The spent casing would have been fired from James Bond’s (Daniel Craig) Aston Martin DB5 in the scenes at Bond’s ancestral home, Skyfall Lodge. Bond arrives here with M (Judi Dench) & uses the DB5’s machine gun headlamps to target Silva’s henchmen. The casing comes mounted inside a framed display, which incorporates a striking black & white still of Bond with the DB5 & measures 13x9.5 inches overall. This unique item was obtained by one of the Film’s Prop Masters who worked on the Skyfall Lodge scenes filmed at Hankley Common in January & March 2012. Accompanies a Risk Assessment from the Special Effects Department detailing the pyrotechnics used during these scenes.
